At Dahlia Homes we provide a safe, warm, participant centred care in a comfortable environment. Our Group Homes have 2 to 4 participants, and we offer high standard of service. We have highly qualified staff to provide wholistic care to our participants and they can handle participants with complex needs. Services are tailored to meet the unique requirements of each participant. Our group homes are located both in ACT and NSW regions.

Dahlia Homes offers Medium Term Accommodation services designed to provide a comfortable and supportive living environment for NDIS participants during transitional periods. Whether you're in between long-term housing solutions or waiting for home modifications, our medium-term options ensure you have a safe, accessible place to stay. Our accommodations are tailored to meet individual needs, providing a seamless transition with the support and amenities necessary to maintain your daily routines and independence.
SHORT TERM/RESPITE
Our Short-Term Accommodation/ Respite services at Dahlia Homes offer both participants and their caregivers a temporary reprieve and change of scenery. Ideal for when caregivers need a break, or participants wish to experience living away from home, our short-term solutions are about more than just physical care—they're about providing a rejuvenating, enriching experience. With a focus on individual well-being, our short-term stays include a variety of recreational and social activities, fostering a sense of community and personal growth.
