DIRECT SUPPORTS
Dahlia Homes offers Direct Supports to assist clients with their daily activities and personal goals in a respectful and empowering manner. Our trained professionals are dedicated to providing personalized care, from daily routines to social interaction, ensuring each client's needs are met with compassion and professionalism. Whether it's helping with personal care, facilitating community participation, or supporting skill development, our team is committed to enhancing your independence and wellbeing.

Community Nursing at Dahlia Homes is tailored to meet the healthcare needs of individuals with disabilities within their own homes. Our qualified nurses deliver a wide range of clinical care services, including medication management, wound care, and chronic disease management, ensuring clients receive the highest standard of healthcare. We focus on promoting health, preventing illness, and managing health conditions in a way that maximizes comfort and independence.
AGENCY NURSING
Agency Nursing services provided by Dahlia Homes offer flexible, high-quality nursing care to meet the diverse needs of our clients. Whether you require temporary staffing solutions for in-home care or specialized nursing services, our experienced nurses are ready to provide professional healthcare support. With a focus on client-centered care, our agency nurses work seamlessly with your existing healthcare team to deliver exceptional care tailored to your specific needs.
EMERGENCY ON-CALL
We offer 24 hour support for our participants and therefore we have a 24 hour oncall line for our staff and participants receiving supports. It is really important that we offer holistic and around the clock care and therefore we have this support service to stand out in our community and assist regardless of the time.
ONGOING ROSTERING
We understand at Dahlia Homes that continuity and stability is paramount for vulnerable people living in our community, therefore we go above and beyond to ensure staff are matched with the right capability and capacity to support participants holistically. We ensure staff have ongoing availability and provide stability for all involved to ensure you are aware of what to expect and when to expect it. We have a friendly rostering team, happy to assist with rostering requests and ensure supports are in accordance to individual needs.
